In celebration of Juneteenth, teens are invited to reflect on freedom, transformation, and self-expression through hands-on art making.

Using UV resin, pigments, gold leaf, and embedded text, participants will create wearable pendants and keychain charms inspired by the symbolism of light and revelation. Just as UV resin only hardens when exposed to light, Juneteenth reminds us that freedom becomes real through visibility, knowledge, and collective remembrance.

Each participant leaves with a personal object: part sculpture, part keepsake, part monument.
